Physical Goods: 
We can accept returns of physical goods such as training kits and tools up to 7 days after the delivery of your item. If you would like to return an item for a refund you will need to register your complaint via email to info@rapunzelhairacademy.com within 7 days of delivery. Any returned items must be sent back to us via a recorded delivery to be sure the items make it back to us safely. The sender will be responsible for any return postage costs.
